In the second quarter of 2021, the top five travel and local apps in Finland exhibited varied performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at how these apps fared during this period, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Nautics Sailmate Classic saw a remarkable increase in both weekly downloads and revenue. Weekly downloads started at 326 in late March and surged to 1.4K by the end of June. Revenue followed a similar upward trajectory, beginning at $578 and peaking at approximately $7.3K in the third week of June.

Flightradar24 Flight Tracker experienced consistent weekly revenue growth, starting at $926 and reaching around $2K by the end of the quarter. Weekly downloads fluctuated, beginning at 325, dipping mid-quarter, and then rising to 887 in the final week of June. Active users showed some variability but generally maintained a steady number, ending the quarter at 5.9K.

Retkipaikka had modest revenue growth, with weekly earnings ranging from $54 to $131. Downloads saw a slight increase, starting at 273 and peaking at 330 in the third week of June.
